Vehicle Set Management

The Vehicle Set Management Tool allows users to build sets of vehicles to be used in projections, ordering, and fleet management.

• There are 3 types of vehicle sets that can be created
  • VIN / Fleet Lists (VIN, ID, Description)
  • VIO Lists ( Vehicles by Zip Code)
  • Range Lists (Year, Make, Model)

• Part Types added to the right-side column will be available for all lists but can be enabled/disabled independently per list.

VIN / Fleet Lists

• A VIN list can be entered manually, or uploaded in Tab Delimited format, with VIN, ID, and Description fields.
  • To create a VIN list:
    • Click ‘Add Set’
    • Select ‘VIN’ from the dropdown and enter a name for your list/fleet
    • Click ‘Add Vehicle Set’
    • Select your new list on the left column, and click the upload button 
    • Click ‘Upload Data File’, and select your file
      • Choose options for Validation and/or Replacement of existing data
    • Click ‘Process’
    • Select Part Types

VIO List

• To create a VIO list:
  • Click ‘Add Set’
  • Select ‘VIO’ from the dropdown and enter a name for your list
  • Click ‘Add Vehicle Set’
  • In the ‘Geo Zones’ field, enter zip codes that you want to pull vehicle data from
  • Select an amount of vehicles from the ‘Limit’ field, to see only the top 20, 50, 100, or 200 vehicles in your selected areas
  • Select options for ‘Vehicle Registration’ and ‘Vehicle Type’
    • Optional fields for ‘Year’ range, and ‘Make’ are also available
  • Click ‘Apply Changes’ – You will see the results in the ‘Vehicles’ column to the right

Range Lists

• To create a Range list:
  • Click ‘Add Set’
  • Select ‘Range’ from the dropdown and enter a name for your list
  • Click ‘Add Vehicle Set’
  • Select a range of years and a ‘Make & Model’ and choose your vehicles from the dropdown
