List Ordering (Stock Orders)

List Ordering page replaces the previous iteration of the Stock Order page. It has all the same features you’ve known for years, with expanded functionality for saving reusable Running Lists.

When you arrive on the List Ordering page, first select your Workflow:

Stock Order

• Quick Part Number entering, as well as new added real-time search added to Part Number field
  • New contextual search as you enter part numbers, shows catalog results which you can click on to add parts to your list (example below)
• Upload parts lists (.csv file format)
• Allows both Catalog and non-application/commodity parts
• New menu icon with list options and “Move to Cart”
  • Also option to clear any unresolved parts that do not pull back pricing and/or availability

Running Lists

• Same functionality as Stock Order, but allows for saving for repeated use, via the new Menu button
• Allows you to keep track of on hand quantities vs your set minimums
• Allows multiple lists for various uses (Ex: oils, shop supplies)

• Multi-select available so you can pick individual items from your list to ‘Move to Cart’
  • Simply click to select/deselect items

• NEW ability to use Running Lists as “stocking lists” via Stock Qty (Min), vs On Hand counts, resulting in Net Qty that will be ordered. 

• Availability at your selected location shows on the right.
