Fleet Management – Installer Guide

Under the main FederatedLink menu, you will see Fleet Management. This page allows you to upload a set of vehicles for quick access within the catalog.

Click the Fleet Management link, then click the New Fleet button in the upper right side of the page;

This opens the Edit Fleet window:

On this window, you can copy/paste a pipe delimited list, or upload it via CSV file formatted as:

FIN (Fleet ID)| VIN | Vehicle Description

Then click Save.

Once you have uploaded your fleet, the service can take up to 15minutes to update the server.

Once the system has updated with your new Fleet, you can access it via the Previous Vehicles Menu within the catalog as show below:

You can scroll through your list of Fleet vehicles, or use the Fleet Search above the list.
