Reporting Lost Sales

The reasons you cannot or will not buy a part are very important to us as feedback, that we can use to improve part selection or stock levels to meet customer demand. When you encounter a part in the catalog that you decide not to or are unable to purchase, you can use the ‘Lost Sale’ button to provide quick feedback.

The button is located inside the header of each part in your part search.
